A serial entrepreneur, Fred has founded and managed several successful companies, including ONE COMMUNITY SA (FINMA-licensed online bank), INNSECO SA, and FIDELITY Switzerland SA. He has led major international projects for multinationals, global financial institutions (World Bank, IMF, AfDB), and numerous governments.
With his experience in business strategy, international development, and complex project management, Fred brings Movira a unique entrepreneurial energy building bold, sustainable, and future-oriented solutions.

With over 30 years of experience in the transport and infrastructure sector, Abdelhak has led and contributed to major strategic projects across North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and internationally.
Graduated as an engineer from the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (Paris, Roads & Civil Structures option) and holder of a DEA from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Paris), he has served as Project Director, Team Leader, and Transport Expert for leading institutions (ECOWAS, World Bank, African Union, national governments).
A recognized specialist in transport strategy, economic evaluation, and multimodal planning, Abdelhak brings Movira unique expertise turning mobility challenges into levers for competitiveness and regional integration.

With over 50 years of experience in the transport sector, including 25 years
as Lead Transport Economist at the World Bank, Bernard has led and supervised major strategic projects across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Holder of a PhD in Transport Economics (University of Lyon), he co-founded the Lyon Transport Economics Laboratory, a European reference in transport research. A specialist in transport strategies and policies, multimodal planning, demand forecasting, and economic evaluation, he has directed national transport master plans (Tunisia, Guinea, Burundi, Central African Republic), institutional reforms (Jordan, DRC), as well as continental programs such as PIDA and SSATP.
With his unique expertise, Bernard brings Movira a strategic and operational vision of transport turning mobility into a lever for sustainable and inclusive development.

With several years of full-stack development experience, Ibrahim Doghri has built and optimized production applications serving large user bases.
He brings a strong passion for solving complex problems and delivering impactful digital solutions to Movira.
Mahmoud Salhi is a fourth-year engineering student at the prestigious Private Higher School of Engineering and Technologies (ESPRIT) in Tunis. Preparing for a career as a computer engineer, with a specialization in Software Architecture Engineering, he already possesses strong technical skills and an excellent command of modern tools and programming languages.
Particularly comfortable with application design and development, he stands out for his rigor, analytical abilities, and problem-solving mindset. His demanding academic background, enriched by several internships, has enabled him to gain valuable initial professional experience, as well as a real understanding of user needs, allowing him to make a concrete and high value-added contribution.
Mrs. Faten GAZZAH is a Doctor and Engineer specialized in electronic banking and payment systems. Thanks to her extensive experience with major clients in Paris, she has developed strong and comprehensive expertise in real-time payment systems and project management in agile environments. She has held various roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Production Manager, which has enabled her to gain a cross-functional view of projects and the challenges related to payment systems.
She leverages this dual technical and functional expertise to support complex projects in the payments sector, providing a global and results-oriented perspective.
Ines is an artificial intelligence engineer specializing in generative AI, deep learning, and intelligent systems applied to cybersecurity. She has contributed to several advanced AI research and development projects within organizations such as Nokia Bell Labs, Orange, and the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi.
Her expertise includes agentic AI, GraphRAG architectures, large language models (LLMs), computer vision, and deep reinforcement learning, with strong experience in developing scalable AI solutions using LangChain, Neo4j, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud technologies.
Ines combines research excellence with technical expertise to design innovative AI solutions addressing real-world business and cybersecurity challenges. She was also awarded the Best Final Year Project Prize during her specialized Master’s degree in AI and Blockchain.
